This property is located jus 2 mins walk (need to climb up hill) from Banjara main road 2 / 3. its a bunglow made into a hotel with around 8-10 rooms. Mind you checkin is allowed onli after 12pm. Asked for early checkin but was denied sayin that i will hv to shell out a days rent. However when checked in, the rooms are huge, pleasant and clean with big wardrobes.! Bathroom was clean as well. Ac remote had little issue but AC was workin fine. Felt the TV could have been a flat and little big. Food was not great. Can be alot better with more options. Also they can tie up with nearby restaurants to deliver. Breakfast and wifi is complimentary. breakfast served on room was good. Overall at this price this is a must stay location. Just some improvements and this would be rated 5 stars.

The initial room offered was not well swept and i had a small injury in my right foot. The air conditioner too was not that effective. I made a strong request for change of room and a fairly nice room was alloted. The staff was co-operative and sprung into action to accomodate my requirements. Breakfast was very average and the cook was unfortunately on leave.

The hotel location is good (as it's in banjara Hills and place is quite and green) but sometimes cab not able to follow it correctly. Outside the hotel, there was not any big display of the hotel name so it adds to the confusions that you are in right place or not.

This is an apartment. Very homely. Liked d building, lawn and openness. Finding the location is a big issue. No land mark, signage, pointer is visible to help you. Its inside d residential colony. If any one is love to stay in apartment can try once.

very pleasant and peaceful place. greenery soothes your eyes if you have a look into window. what is important is that this guest house is not resided on the main road yet just a few steps from the main road...far from din and bustle. nice experience.
