i preferred radisson at goregaon bcoz of the vicinity of goregaon station. i got chance to shop . stay was cozy. rooms were clean. staff was cooperative. hospitality was good. main entrance door keeper staff was nice and friendly. breakfast was excellent. only one thing i was but upset was staff at the cafe during breakfast was all time following me making me bit cautious that i cud not take freely what and how much i want. please look into this matter. rest all were helpful when asked for assistance. will definitely come with family next time

First of all- awesome staff!! I want to especially thank Mr Arun ( security incharge of Raddisson Goregaon ) for his tremendous efforts of highlighting it to me immediately when he found out that we forgot our expensive jewellery in the locker of our room. He ensured it was kept safe and handed over back to my family in Mumbai . A true example of integrity and trust, Hats off to Mr Arun and Raddisson team. Overall a great experience!! This is my second visit earlier visit was in october great hotel,ambience,neat and clean excellent supporting staff. breakfast has lot of varieties and feel fresh also location is good no issue of transportation . very good service, hygiene and surprise of complimentary upgrade of room. breakfast options were also very good, healthy and tasty. Loved everything about the stay. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. Also we would love to visit again.
