The good ones first -*Rooms are good,*Bed is real king size.* Ample space for parking.Not so good experience.* Reception guy is not customer friendly.* Lot of mosquitoes in room.* AC trips frequently* No warm water arrangements, they don't have geyser. best they can provide you is electric rod to heat water.* No toiletries provided except for soap & hand wash.* Picture shown for hotel is, actually of Mahindra showroom, behind it is the hotel.

Room is good, neat and clean. the only concern is that they don't have kitchen . Friendly staff, Ambience Good. Room Hygiene, you feel the freshness the moment you enter into the room. As a Business Traveller, you want that the Ambience should be good which is available in this Hotel, the only concern is that they don't have Kitchen.

The Goods: 1. Property as a whole 2. Location 3. Parking space 4. Rooms are well equipped & nicely designed. The Bad: 1. Staffing - Lack basic courtesy 2. Room service Overall : If you get it for 1500 or so then don't think twice. If more, then you certainly would want better services!

Room was okayish.. but 1 star for wifi.. wifi was not working. Staff was not cooperative. They charged extra for early check in when room was available.. .. but we have to pay extra. Not satisfied.

grenvile do not give respect. They didnot give basic service like tv water hot water in bathroom.As we told them we booked they told there is no hot water no tv.They said you cancel the booking.
