Great stay. Location is good for business travelers though it's little away from ghats area. Staffs are good and service is very prompt. Food options are little less but it is understandable because of on going pandemic. overall it's a great stay and value for money.

ambiance is very good and food is very tasty, earlier I stayed 2 days at hotel grand at varanasi, their quality in every respect is worst, food is very bad quality and front desk staff are poor.so I changed at HHI, VARANASI, SUPERB AND ECONOMICAL

The Hotel is good in each manner but the person on desk was quite rude to convey his message He i think came on duty either scolded by his wife or might be he got some words from his higher authorities Inshort he was not pleasant at all

Centrally located , old fashioned styled hotel.., courteous staff, food taste is awesome, freshly cooked, pizza is mouthwatering taste, Kashmiri pulao was well balanced, overall good for family stay
