Regenta Central Lucknow by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited

Worst ever experience and zero cooperation received from the property.A female solo traveller is reaching at Hotel at around 05:30 am and approaching for early checkin and hotel staff having initially denied for not having any rooms to give early access but later providing a room that we had already booked for the one whole night and letting the traveller to check out from the hotel at 08:30 am the same day. Rather than charging for the early check in , they had let her vacate the room in 3 hours only and irony is that we already had the booking for the whole day and after having finished her work , she was supposed to just roam here and there despite of having paid for the room .This is beyond tolerance and can't be expected from a property

The room was quite clean. Very spacious rooms as well. Nice location too. Hotel ambience was good. Couple of things they can look to improve - Response to any service especially related to the TV took a lot of time. Also shower tap was broken and could not be easily used. It would be good if they look at all the fitments as they complete the checkout process / clean the room and keep it ready for the next usage.

While my overall stay was positive I experienced issues with noise levels due to unresponsive front office staff.I had to repeatedly call to address loud corridor music that interfered with my work calls and ultimately i had to go downstairs to resolve this music issue. Thankfully the housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful and provided excellent service

Lucknow's Hotel Regenta Central This establishment, owned and operated by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, has very lovely, clean, and large rooms. Excellent for corporate and family stays. Additionally, a perfectly secure and clean property that is situated in a prime area in Lucknow. Reachable easily. I have to suggest staying at this home.
