Service - Quickest - 30 sec Service! Just call them if you need anything, like a towel, water, soap, slippers, heater, anything you need, will be right next to your door. Food - Tasty & Economical Food is good in taste and the price is quite normal. They have a good variety on the menu. Hotel Experience Checkin & Checkout was smooth. The room and washroom were clean. Hot water is available 24x7, to wash hands, take a shower etc. Package Mineral water, Bisleri was provided. Room slippers were given to protect from the cold floor. Extra blankets, extra pillows, electric kettle, coffee pouch, tea bags, milk powder were provided. Birthday Decoration We paid for the birthday decoration and it was awesome. So pretty, and wonderfully designed. Location This is an impressive hotel to stay right opposite to Hidimba Devi temple. Although, the hotel is on old Manali on address, however the location is close to Mall Road (walking distance).

I particularly enjoyed their peaceful environment and such as the delicious breakfast spread or the stunning mountain views]. Overall, Kapoor Resort provided the ideal setting for a rejuvenating escape, and I would definitely return for another peaceful stay in the future!" Their food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and supportive.They never say no for anything... whenever I need anything they present it in a few minutes only ... Good Budget hotel just downhill from Hadimba temple. Pros- 1. Rooms and washrooms are clean. 2. Staff is polite. 3. Parking available. 4. They provided free stay and even staff food for my driver. 5. They listen to requests. Cons- 1. Food is not that good. 2. Around 1 km from mall road, but you get lots of free parking due to the location. 3. Service is slow. So if you don't care much about the food or can have the food outside and can also walk 1 km to the mall road, this hotel is a great choice.

this property located near Mall road(approx 1 km) in old manali. the best thing about this hotel is Value for money. you can get superb room with breakfast included.hotel staff is very nice, humble and quick. clear room and washrooms.just one issue i will highlight here is their Wifi, it is very slow and sometimes doesn't work at all.overall it is very good hotel to stay.

We were two families and we experienced a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. All the Hotel staff are so polite, helpful and friendly.Rooms and toilets were neat and clean.Foods were not included in our booking but we took breakfast and dinner here because food was good and healthy.
