Overall great experience from all the staff. Staff was reachable and responsive. Good quality rooms with AC and they upgraded my room to triple as I had 10 yr old kid with me for Rs 500 extra, which was worth it. However there were broken glass in bathroom window which was visible from outside.. but the staff was quick to respond and get it fixed. They feel empowered to get things fixed which simply implies Hotel's owner shows lots of trust in their hotel staff. 1 thing I would recommend to improve is circulation in backside facing rooms is poor so hotel needs to improve by exhaust or putting some circulation mechanism . Overall great experience. Visited with wife and kid ambience. polite staff and privacy

It was a nice and clean hotel at a prime location just near to gateway of India with very cooperative and warm staff. The stay experience at Supreme hotel, colaba was totally amazing. Will surely recommend staying there if you visit mumbai. The staff was extremely cooperative and breakfast options and service was great!

It was really a wonderful experience staying at thus hotel, vibes are positive staff is helpful and room is really nice and clean, I am very concerned about washrooms but here the washroom was very clean and hygienic, I recommend this hotel

the room quality is good, and the food was really nice, the staff was very pleasant. the lobby area was good and the breakfast was awesome and it was near to the nariman point the area was very silent and I sleep very nicely

Decent sized room in cuffe parade. Nearby from Colaba market , Gateway of India and Mqrine Drive. Room was good. Basic amenwere all there. Breakfast was acceptable. A good budget option .

rooms are not cleaned. bathroom is not maintained. no mineral water is provided. this is a stink in the room. property looks good from outside but not well mainted from inside.

Stay was good no complains but the kitchen needs revamping period, cook is awful, tried their food for the fist 2 days , never had food that bad , and that too basic food .
