Hotel is newly constructed. Rooms and garden were very well organized and comes with all the possible amenities requested to keep you safe from cold. Hospitality of the hotel was also amazing and staff was down to earth and available every time. We have included the breakfast with the package and realize was the best decision as this was best part of the hotel facility. They have variety of things in breakfast which include whatever you can think on breakfast whether it is north indian or south indian which makes me to continue my stay at hotel for 2 more days. The only con I found here was wifi. The wifi was not working there at all. If wifi is something which is not bothering you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a family stay and really it was a great stay. Hotel was very good. Hotel staff was very helping and courteous. Room was nicely maintained and comfortable. Food was delicious. Hotel was located near to the Dal Lake. Overall it was a awesome stay. I didn't face any issues during my stay.

The hotel is okay but the service is really good. There are no ac installed in the rooms. No toileteries are given by the hotel. The guy younis who works here is quite helpful. The location of the hotel is quite accessible. And it is actually quite safe.

very good hotel. excellent service and good clean rooms. They provide room heater and heating bed also. Breakfast was good. this hotel is around 2 km from dal lake. I will recommend this hotel for families and couples.

Its pleasant ambiance..pretty good property in this city and service of the hotel is just unbeatable. Its just a complete blend of great service, polite hotel staff, well furnished rooms. Overall a must visit hotel.
