The reception is supposed to be the face of a Hotel and if the face does not give a smile or rather gives a serious look and only completes the check in formalities to hand over the key of the room for the guest to approach the bell desk for the luggage , the guests feel unwelcome at times . However the house keeping was superb ,specifically Ms Heena who leaves no stones unturned to keep the room neat and tidy . food also excellent Location of the property and house keeping

The stay was excellent. The staf was so politie. I forgot my tab at the porch of the hotel while boarding the cab but hotel called me and assured me of it's safety and that I can pick it up. Thankfully that was saved. Wonderful and pleasant stay. I think the staff is the best staff in the hotel industry! Kudos to the management of the hotel for taking care of their employees. Will surely come back !

It's a good place to stay at. Everything was good. It's located in a very safe neighborhood and is easily accessible. The food was great. The staff is very polite and courteous. The only cons I can think of is that check out time, there was a queue so it took a bit of time to check out.

The service was of standards overall, hygiene was not compromised throughout the stay. The WiFi could be a little faster considering we were on a business trip but otherwise, a pretty good experience.
