It was a nice stay in The white Hotel Katra. The ambiance & the hospitality of the hotel was really nice. But some rectification is required like swimming pull access should be start from early morning and buffet dinner should be introduced ( they provide all the food what we ordered in dinner as we do have complementary breakfast & dinner )Food quality is excellent. They provide free pickup & drop to the helipad. He are really happy with the service they provided.

One of the best views in all of Katra, wonderful hospitality, a highly underrated restaurant where we had the most delectable sattvik nadru yakhini and dal. If you can look past a few rough edges in terms of the interiors, this property offers a wonderful stay. Green lawns, expansive valley views, proffessional front desk and warm staff. 5/5 for the price we paid. Would love to visit again, will definitely come back for the food Warm staff, great food

The hotel is nice, the rooms are similar to good quality VIP government guest houses, but the service is exceptional, We came to the hotel after completing our dershan and were extremely tired and the hotel was kind enough to give us early checkin for free at early morning, after spending half a day in one room we requested for a room but a better valley view and they were kind enough to move us, very accommodating hotel great staff, 10/10

Our stay was just so awesome!!!! We are now a forever fan of their hospitality. Great staff! Great ambience! Lovely behaviour! Hygiene, cleanliness and what service..... Amazing food! They treat you like a King and a Queen each moment. The only thing we could not digest was there standard room to be very simple as per hotel's ambience. It could have been much better. Otherwise we will again just love to stay there....

"I had one of the best experiences at this property. I reached Katra at 5 AM, and this was the only hotel in the city that allowed me an early check-in. The night front office team was very courteous and well-behaved—kudos to them for their outstanding hospitality! The housekeeping team was also fantastic. Truly a great hotel in the city, offering exceptional service."

The food was good. All four-star amenities were provided, including a dental kit, toiletries, sleepers, and a safe. The staff was cooperative. Mr. Mandeep ensured that all customer needs were addressed during dining. When we went for darshan, we had to get an RFID tag from the Yatra Parchi counter. The driver waited patiently there and then drove us to Banganga.

This was our 7 th stay here and each time it gets better to best .top notch services staff food .the hospitality is awesome and next to best ..we reached at 8 in morning and were provided room without any problem and over that free upgrade .will b there soon and everytime when we will visit katra .JAI MATA DI Whole hotel and services

The White Hotel at Katra is a beautiful property....we had awesome stay and enjoyed every moment of year end.... comfortable rooms with great hospitality....Chef Gafur bhai and Balbir Singh were outstanding...Front desk and all support staff at hotel were very helpful and cooperative.....even food at 3:30 am was provided by them....
