Clean hotel, adjusting staff will listen to all of your requests - lacks professionalism of hotel industry -- can be termed as nice home stay with Rajasthan culture and tradition - pl. donot expect that everything will be in order before one checks in - but you put up a request and staff/owner will try to adjust. Needs improvement to become a genuine standard 3 star hotel some small issues like hot water in solar heater rooms in some the rooms. Location is good if you drive down from Delhi -Park your car and take local transport to move - works nicely.

first of all the photos they are showing and the real scenario is entirely different.in the name of toiletaries they just gave me soap no shampoo atleast u expect a shampoo in the hotel.also there was lot of water problem in the bathroom.a the end I would say I would never recommend anybody to this hotel.it was a total bullshit experience.if there was a option to give 0 star then i would give 0 star.the only thing that was good was services that I.e bringing drinking water

my experience of staying there was fab..staff was very cooperative. they let us stay extra few hours because that day we had an exam.rooms were neat and clean .service was good. really liked staying there and will love to stay there again if I get a chance to visit Jaipur again,which is highly unlikely,lol:)

I am very satisfied with the hotel facility. Service and all are very good. No issue regarding any thing there. I had my food there and I like it. Hotel is located at the best place. Nice amenities and all are there. Room is very comfortable. Overall hotel is very clean.

Stay was really comfortable but the only limitation to this hotel is that the location is a remote location, its located at the outskirts of the city. But rest everything was up to the mark. There service was really very appreciable. Very good property for group stay.

Had a 6 night stay at Utsav Niwas. Nice property with nice people. Great location, feel good place with good vibes. Breakfast is quite basic with limited options. No lift within the facility, limited toiletry supplies provided.

The stay was good and comfortable..the staff were very kind and helpful.. I wanted to decorate pur room as a surprise to my wife for our anniversary... The staff coordinated with me very well and got things arranged perfectly.
