no early check-in possible unless rooms are clean and available. normally they allow check in by 2pm and check out by 12

This is a huge hotel. The only problem that I could see here is that they do not have a smoking room and jo everyone who wants to smoke, smokes just outside Ambassador Hotel Bangkok lobby which is not a very good sight that you would like to see everytime you step out. Also, they do not have any seating arrangement or a specific corner for the smoking room so people are roaming around everywhere, smoking. Other than that, the breakfast menu was amazing, although a little repetitive. I think the location is amazing since there are a not of clubs and bars around and it’s a complete party place! There are also a lot of 7/11s and family marts just at walking distances so it’s a convenient place.**

Overall I would prefer this hotel for stay. Big hotel, you find lot of Indians and families. Foreigners too preferring this hotel. 5 mins walk to Nana Plaza, famous to gogo bars and clubs. You get transportation to merely any where like Gems Market, Indra Square, Airport, etc... Free breakfast is good but lot of crowd. If you go by 9am you will end up in waiting for almost everything but manageable :) To avoid crowd you should prefer little early. Not sure about early check-in as we reached by 2pm but they allowed us to late checkout by 5pm with additional 1000 BAHTs. In non season they charge only 500 BAHTs. Hope this helps.

good hotel to stay for 1 day. it is quite high hotel with decent size room and other facilities are decent location of property is good with near by metro station so that u can travel without much issue. rooms needs to be more cleaner pool is good and not sure of returnant as we have not had meal in Ambassador Hotel Bangkok staff is ok not very polite nor very rude overall it is decent hotel to stay with this price good hotel as has many facilities can be used by family like pool many resturant shopping area coffee shop beer shop also quite safe for family

4th visit to the ambassador, with my first being in 2001. in this time Ambassador Hotel Bangkok has gained a mammoth size with the addition of the tower wing . the rooms here are large and clean where as the main wing is a bit dated. the breakfast buffet is still one of the best though far too much Indian food and not enough Thai varient.the entire hotel could use with some serious updating. the staff is courteous and accommodating considering they have handle guests who waltz around the lobby in their bath towels and under vests.

I’m quite surprised with some of the negative reviews I read here, Ambassador Hotel Bangkok actually is such a great deal that too for such a great price! Don’t know why some people are so critical. Everything for me was amazing. Honestly there’s nothing I can complain about. The service, the staff &the hygiene..What more can you ask , I was also very happy with my breakfast quality . It has to be one of the best places in the vicinity that too on a budget. Kudos guys! Keep up the great work. Definitely visiting again!!

The best thing about this hotel is its location.. its situated right at the centre of sukhumvit.. it has so many indian restaurants around it.. to be honest its value for money hotel.. for the price its offering its room, all is worth it.. as the building is old, it requires renovation and fixtures in the bathroom/toilet. The only thing not good about this hotel is the long check-in procedure.. my room was supposed to be ready by 2.. but somehow i was made to wait till 4.30 to get the room..

No.1 : Make sure that you book your room in Tower Wing No.2 : I have been staying in this hotel regularly since last 11 years and for the very first time I was asked 1000 bhat for early check-in. They check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 11:00am No.3 : Location is just Great. Superb Indian Pure Veg and Non-Veg restaurants are just outside Ambassador Hotel Bangkok. No.4 : Goibibo gave the best possible tariff for my choice of room with a free upgrade from hotel. (just ask them)

It was a very good Hotel and needless to say that value of money was fully enjoyed. I have decided that whenever I will plan Bangkok trip, I will definite choose this Hotle first for my stay. Room no.2387 was allotted to me which was on 23rd floor and very good view of Bangkok high buildings from there. All staff was well experienced and having good behavior to us. They have a big empire and check in process like Airport hence they have Hassle free setup for fast check in and out.

Entrance is grand as it's a big hotel alot of things to do in hotel itself. There is one shopping mall one 7 eleven pharmacy everything and location is great very near to NANA metro and most visited night market of Bangkok. Rooms were not that much big in my superiors rooms in tower wing category I could go for main wing. And i booked a double bed room but they gave me a twin bed room which was quite uncomfortable for me but couldn't do anything that time. overall ok experience.

1. Hotel infrastructure is very good.Neat and clean rooms. 2. Breakfast buffet had good variety 3.Metered taxis for travel are quickly available. 4.There are many travel agents inside hotel premises where you can plan your sightseeing. 5.Hotel staff was polite and helpful. 6.Good number of veg Indian restaurants around hotel like Dosa King, Shri Ganesha, Baawarchi 7.Hot water was available round the clock. 8.Room service menu doesn't have good veg options.

Located within 100m of Nana BTS station in the heart of city (Sukamvit), this hotel gives access to all important places of interest including shopping malls. Our booking was in the tower wing. The rooms were spacious, clean and elegant with a great view from the higher floor (24th). Buffet breakfast had great options both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Wi-Fi signal strength within room could be weak depending upon the location. Overall an excellent hotel.

All facilities were provided. Easily accessible through Bangkok metro services (Nana station). Wifi service is available. On basis of your room booking breakfast is also available. From airport you can take metro, get down at Phaya Thai station. And from here board an another metro and get down at Nana station. From Nana station, it is less a minute walking. Metro services are very cost effective, fast and convenient.

best place to stay....very safe..and convnient to locate and all the best places of bangkok are at walking distance..nearest metro station is Nana. thats the BTS line. also the staff was verh coperative. chkout time is 12pm ...bt its like we got at 2 pm..n nobody disturbed and asked us to chkout. recommended for bachelors..couples and families...swimming pool is a real one..gym and spa are awesome too..must stay..

Big hotel split into Tower & Main wing.. i stayed in Main wing Pros: Location, proximity to all the action, close to Nana BTS, lot of Indian food options around, good spread of breakfast, overall good vibes & ambiance. Cons: main wing rooms are dated, room service is slow, breakfast hall too crowded (fittest will survive), almost same breakfast menu everyday, very less veg/indian options.

Stay at Ambassador Hotel Bangkok was very comfortable , location is the best thing about this property ,BTS is just 5 minutes walk from hotel along with Terminal 21 mall Rooms were decently cleaned up , an Indian restaurant named " Bawarchi " is just 2 minutes from hotel which served the best authentic indian food we ever had in all of Thailand including Pattaya and Krabi .

Our stay at Hotel is was Awesome, Hotel staff is very very Humble. location is of one the best in town, it's has excellent views and it's just next to Nana Metro we stay with family and I can assure you that it's 100% safe for family and all age group people. Amazing Hotel-! We Had booked a standard room for 4 nights in main building but as we arrived late in the night on the first day we got a free upgrade in the tower wing which is the new building in this hotel. Breakfast is good, Vegetarian options included- mutter panner and vegetable fried rice; apart from this normal fruits and salads; Hotel staff is nice and helpful.

One of the best choice to book a hotel in Bangkok. Amazing location near Nana Station BTS skytrain only 50m. Happening area till 4am. Crowdy street. Very nice hotel with nice rooms n bathrooms. Breakfast is also very good with lot of options. They have their own NightClub CLIMAX which is one of the best in Bangkok. So, undoubtedly you are going to enjoy this hotel.

The house keeping was very good with whatever I ordered with Ambassador Hotel Bangkok stay and all. Ambassador Hotel Bangkok had a great hospitality. The couples and family would love their stay here such a peaceful place and ambiance of this hotel. This hotel is best hotel in bangkok..the building was nice and well decorated.. The rooms were well maintained by experiebced and helpfull staff.. Food was also very good they also provide if u have personal diatary.. All over everything was excellent.. Very good experince with ambassador.. Must recomended and will stay again if the opportunity arises
