you get entry to the water resort and a view of the dolphin and sea lion bay... entry to the beach... entry to the Lost Chambers aquarium... breakfast and dinner not complimentary with the basic room package
can we avail the facilities of atlantis water park on the day of checkout till evening ?
Yes, you can enjoy water park on checkout day, but before check out, you have 2 go to water park in the morning and get entry pass of water park for 1 day , than after check out the room, you can still enjoy water park facility at Palm Atlantis.
will i get a free entry to the aqua venture if a book a deluxe non refundable room?

I am staying in this hotel only for a day. I have heard people saying 1 day is not enough to explore the hotel. Can some one pls help me explain what all things i can do there in a day so as to enjoy my stay at the fullest ?
I too stayed for just a day.. use the time to explore Lost chambers and Aquaventure Water Park (free entry to almost all areas with the hotel stay). Use the hotel buggy to travel to the various attraction points.. the Dolphin point, the Sea Lion Point (although you cant go in you will be able to see them from the outer area which is fun by itself), the beach that gives a great view of Dubai Marina area and even the Burj Al Arab.
Our booking is from 9th to 10th January. Can we get the free passes for water world and lost of chamber on 9th January before check in.?
Yes, if you are staying on 9/10th you can avail the free passes for water world & aquarium once each on either day - even before check in timings or after check out timings on these days. Enjoy

Amazing experience to stay at Atlantis,the luxurious 5 star hotel. One should stay atleast 2 days to enjoy the property and waterpark. Service is too good and food was very tasty. We had our breafkfast and dinner at Kaleidoscope restaurant which had International buffet and there was such a variety of food and its was too good. Never had such kind of buffet before. The property itself has so much to explore, from bar clubs (wavehouse) to day beach clubs(nassimi club) to adventure activities (surfing), we thouroughly enjoyed our stay

Atlantis, the Palm is a good 5 star property. But at that money you can find better options. Atlantis, The Palm is over crowded and there is no personalized service. it’s like an assembly line - checkin, stay and checkout. No-one cares. Otherwise property is clean, rooms are big and nice. I took the Imperial club category - nothing fancy - they just serve chips and Nachos at the lounge so dosen’t make sense. Overall So- So.

Wonderful experience staying at Atlantis the Palm. The staff and people working there are really well trained, polite & know their job. We spent our day in Royal Pool, beach and Zero Pool. Next day we checked out, kept our baggage with the concierge and enjoyed Aquaventure and left the place by evening. They provide shuttle buses to mall of the Emirates and Dubai mall. Worth the experience !

Great value for money. I got a free upgrade to ocean view room and early checkin. Aquaventure waterpark and lost chambers is complimentary. I advise to not upgrade your room since the rooms facing the palm have a far better view than the ocean facing ones. Food at Atlantis is very expensive. There is a half board package which includes breakfast and dinner and lunch is at *** % discount.

Excellent Hotel with beautiful beaches, water park and an aquarium. Awesome experience while staying here. Only the check in was very cumbersome, long queues for check-in and we were allotted room only at 3:00 PM..it was a wait for two hours although we got access to Atlantis, The Palm pool and lobby. Its a must stay hotel property to feel special and pampered.

Great nice , Waterpark was great ! But it’s very bad for pure vegan ( vegetarian)! 👉 Atlantis have 23 restorent , but don’t have one pure vegetarian restaurant!? Some of restorent have some veg options in buffet but it’s between most of non- veg food! Intentionally hotel don’t provide saprate veg counters !

Dont have words to explain how great Atlantis is.... After visiting Atlantis, other places in Dubai seem nothing.. The room had beautiful views and water rides and aquariums are amazing. The family enjoyed the Atlantis experience. If visiting Dubai, I would say Atlantis is a must visit. the water rides

Atlantis, The Palm room is very big and Atlantis, The Palm is wonderful. They have a beach Dolphin Bay,Lost Chambers and Water Park. Spend a full day at Atlantis, The Palm. The food is expensive so you can order from Zomato if you wish. A lot of activities for the family to do.

We booked an imperial club suite and room was just magnificent and had wonderful view. We were served complimentary high tea and happy hours. They allowed us late check out and staff is so cooperative and helpful. If one visit dubai one should definitely stay here one day.

Tip : if u stay for one day, visit lost chamber , beach, on d checkin day and u can use water park on the checkout day... even after check out u can use all d facilities. For pure veg visitors, you can order using zomato app from outside hotels. I did so

Go before 1-2 hour for check-in. Because it will take almost 30-60min for check-in process coz there will be lot of customers. Lost chamber Free & u can access water park on next day also when u check out.

Atlantic The Palms - Had a great time. Checking in was very smooth. Was along with my 3yr old daughter. She enjoyed lost chamber of Aquarium and Big Pools View from ocean view room was breathtaking.
