The fact that Centara grand was located at Phrathumnak, one of the quieter areas of Pattaya was one thing that I loved about the place. The beach is right in front of the hotel and there was everything we needed, such as the stores, the bike/car rentals all just a few steps away from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was decent as well. The fancy interiors do have their own appeal. The receptionists and waiters were all extremely helpful with literally everything and I absolutely loved my stay here.

The hotel has a good swimming pool at the top floor. They have less indian food in restaurant. Nearby there are 2 Indian restaurant but taste not good. Location is far from the pattaya beach. Taxi charge you upto 200 bath. They have shuttle service only thrice a day and last shuttle is around 8 from the hotel and 8.15 from central mall(located near pattaya beach). Location of the hotel is not worth the price.

All the things were good as per my expectation. Staff was kind and cooperative. Security was nice in this property. Services were satisfactory. But, the location was far from the main road and also Indian food was not available. They provide Indian breakfast on my request but it wasn't good in taste.

Really enjoyed the stay...staff was very nice... but English communication is not clear.... also hotel took 3000 baht as security deposit.Later after checkout they return the money... thus should be communicated before booking then it will be good.

Beautiful hotel Just beside the beach Lovely and fast service. Infinity swimming pool has the sea at the backdrop. Food has multiple variety and tasty. The swimming pool with sea as backdrop Modern and comfortable room. Fast service.

Lovly stay. Wonderful staff. And very helpful. Being vegetarian we dont get much options for complimentory break fast but on second day they arranged and made food of our choice. Great hospitality

All services of the property were up to the mark. This was safe and secured for a stay. In food, I only had breakfast there which was tasty. Location was very convenient as it was near to the market.

This was my second stay at the place. Experience was excellent as before. Lovely ambience, great hospitality, the best interior, excellent view of the pool. It has a private beach too.

All things are ok but having one issue in check in timing where ... was 12pm but as Hotel policy this is 3pm so should check before ur booking
