Stay was comfortable. We requested for both adjoining rooms, they provided us, water bottle were not mineral and bottle quality was not good. Hotel asked for 1000THB refundable deposit. Pool is with bar but small in size. one must carry swim clothes to use pool, hotel doesn't allow with regular clothes. Reception and other staff was polite and helpful

Delighting their guest is just a habit for Centara Pattaya. I am a regular guest of this place and it feels home whenever I visit back. staff are such darling which can't be expressed in word. My favorite "Tay" always keep on smiling no matter what time is their in the clock. Always fabulous and great place to stay.

We had a lovely experience at the hotel.. 7 / 11 is just nearby.. so its very convinient if u are craving something latenight.. also the location was very good. Tiffany cabaret show and the beach is just few mins away. The room service was good. We had a very pleasant and good stay.
