The front desk was super helpful and they exceeded the customer service bar! They helped us with details about exploring the places and also surprised me with a cake on my birthday! The only flip side is that the room size is much smaller. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Hong Kong.

Stay was very good. Staff and services were also good. Location was also very good, near to shopping marts, eating joints. There was mostly non-vegetarian food available in the hotel. They also provide pickup- drop facility for market areas.

The room was small, but sufficient. It is 7 mins away from nearest metro station. Also the hotel provides free shuttle services to airport express. There are several restaurants of different food types available.
