I recently had the pleasure of staying at Double Tree by Hilton, Amer and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the grandeur of the hotel’s architecture and the welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Check-In Experience The check-in process was smooth and seamless. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and professionalism. The front desk staff was courteous, efficient, and more than willing to assist with any requests. It only took a few minutes to get my room key, and I was also provided with a brief overview of the hotel's amenities. Welcome drinks were also provided at the time of check-in. This thoughtful gesture made me feel at ease and excited for the days ahead. Room Quality When I entered my room, I was immediately struck by its elegance and comfort. The decor was modern yet cozy, with high-quality furnishings and attention to detail in every corner. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, providing a perfect blend of softness and support. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities – a large flat-screen TV, a minibar, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a spacious work desk. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a luxurious walk-in shower, premium toiletries, and plush towels that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Also the view of Aravalli hills from my room added cherry on the top. Dining Experience The dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I had the chance to dine in at their Amber Kitchen restaurant as the breakfast was included in my stay. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, all of which were exquisitely prepared. The quality of ingredients was evident, and every meal felt like a fine dining experience. The staff was attentive, ensuring my dining experience was always pleasant. Amenities and Services What truly sets Hilton apart is its array of world-class amenities. The fitness center was well-equipped with modern machines, and the pool area was pristine, perfect for both relaxation and exercise. The concierge services were excellent, providing helpful recommendations for local sightseeing. Other amenities included outdoor sports, laundry services, 24 hour room service, free vallet parking, kids playing area etc. Overall Experience My overall experience at Double Tree by Hilton was nothing short of luxurious. From the comfortable and stylish accommodations to the impeccable service and hospitality, every aspect of my stay was carefully curated to ensure maximum comfort and satisfaction. The attention to detail, whether in the decor, the food, or the service, was remarkable and contributed to a truly 5-star experience. I would highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. The food was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring that every meal was enjoyable. The ambiance of the hotel was charming and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff here was very very cooperative, they were always ready to help and always polite. I remember some names as well, Sonu Kumar, Sourabh Kumar, and Komal. Food was also good, they prepared some dishes for our baby which were not even in there menu. Hotel was very clean and the view from rooms was awesome. The pool of this hotel is one of the best pools I have ever been into, the view from pool is also awesome. I would like to stay here again.
