3 nights for 3 people (1 room with 3 single beds) incl Breakfast. Checkin: As per booking, checkin is at 3PM, We reached around 12PM and hotel gave us the room in 30-40 mins (as soon as it was ready) Room and Amenities: Rooms are nice and spacious, clean with modern setting. They had out extra single bed in our room despite which it didnt seem cramped up. Rooms is equipped with all standard amenities like coffee/tea maker, minibar, safe, standard toiletries etc. they DONOT charge for extra water bottles. Staff and Friendliness: 5/5 Breakfast : Mix of Continental and Indian with some arabic styles options. Other than their main restaurant (Purani Dilli) they have one cafe/bar At main lobby and one cafe/bar at rooftop pool. Commute: 10-12 mins walk to Al Fahidi Metro (Green Line) (Though difficult to walk due to heat) 10-12 Dhiram Taxi ride to Burjuman Metro (Red Line) Taxi is easily available from hotel. Use local taxis, Donot use Careem/UBER as it will charge 7-8 dhiram extra Metro is good for long distance, but makes more sense to take taxi for short distance (uptill 10km) You can use metro to/from airport to/from burjuman and take Taxi to hotel. Other: Dubai Mall(burj): 10km (Taxi 30 AED) Dubai Frame: 5-6km (Taxi 20-24 AED) Bur (For Dhow cruise) 3-4km (TAXI 15-20 AED) Gold Souke (3-4km) (Taxi 12-15 AED)

Excellent Hotel, Wonderful Service. Very Big and Clean Room.Our Stay way memorable. felt like staying at Home. unfortunately we stayed Only 4 Days and Changed Our Stay to City Max Hotel just Opposit to Four points. it's was Our Big mistake, I have Seen the Clear Difference between both the Hotels. in City Max , For the Same Price compared to Four points, we got Very Small Room, No Bath Tub in bath room, too much rush in lobby, very noisy. Very Much Disappointed and Missed Four points. Four point Downtown, Thanks For Making Our Tour Memorable.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very convenient and has access to all the major attraction in Dubai. The facility is clean, tidy and aptly managed. The rooms are spacious and hygienic. The breakfast was disappointing with few varieties and spread. All in all, good experience. The awimming pool was clean and well managed. Had fun there.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. The rooms are spacious well maintained. The breakfast is great and better options for vegetarian's too. All the staff were amazing and always had a smile and happy to help. Cons its away from Metro station rest everything is great. Will definitely recommend to stay here.

Overall, the breakfast was great and offered a wide selection. The property is beautiful and well-connected. The service was outstanding, with a 10/10 rating. I was staying with a 3-month-old infant. The hotel provided us with early check-in and took care of everything. Everything was on time.

Very friendly staff. Easy contactless check in. The entire hotel is clean and calm. Very good location. The food in restaurant was amazing. Both the breakfast and diner is very good. Arranged Airport transfer and also the RT PCR test. Overall an amazing experience
