It was not a pleasant stay, didn't find the treatment towards guests humble at all... Had a bad holiday Problems faced during my stay :- 1) for water it's like begging 2) the bell boy doesn't reaches before 2 hours to collect / deliver luggage in room, in short less manpower strength 3) wastage of half day sitting in the room awaiting for luggage to come 4) housekeeping is poor in service , despite of 3/4 calls didn't provided quilts and blankets 5) front desk very rude with us (sorry to say so,.. as we are Indians)

The hotel has all amenities. Food is good. Even they have Indian Thali, which we found very good. The staff is courteous. Only issue I observed is there should be efficient management and detailing. For example, the telephone extensions are not mentioned anywhere in the room. At times there is some time lag in the housekeeping response etc. Overall, it is a good hotel for its price tag. Lack of detailing by the management.

It was a good stay, staff and services was good. Staff was helpful and cooperative. location of the hotel was on the prime location, it was bit far from the airport but it was close to the little India. Food was bit costly in the hotel and they do not have Indian cuisine in the options plus vegetarian options are not there.

Excellent hotel to stay for everyone. Nice and spacious rooms. Very good service. Located at good location. I enjoyed the stay in the hotel, and would like to revisit and recommend anyone who is travelling to Singapore to stay here as it is very good hotel that too in budget price.

the location and the rooms of the hotel are really very nice but the bathrooms need to be renovated..they are in a very bad condition... the electric kettle they gave us was dirty with lots of deposits in it ..I had to change it thrice..

Excellent View, Humble Staff, Great Service. Indian Resturant Annalaxmi is about 1 km from this hotel. I would suggest this hotel for indian. Most of people are preferring little india. But here is also indian resturant.
