Grand Excelsior Hotel is situated in Bur Dubai. Bur Dubai and Deira these two are old Dubai that's why these are cheap and embedded with lots of Indian restaurants. Don't include breakfast. Prabhu's restaurant is in 5 minute distance. And public transports are within 500 meter distance. You can go any where in Dubai. Hotel' s reception area is constituted by wooden furniture giving nice ambience. I will again stay in future in this hotel.
