The location of the hotel os superb, just 100 mtrs from the Tram station. However, the rooms are too small. but since i got a good deal. So, I liked the hotel. Also, please note that I paid a total of15 CHF to hotel directly for 3 days, for 2 people. Since, i didn't have this information before. Therefore, i am a bit suspicious about this amount. a budget hotel in true sense ... but i have stayed in ibis earlier as well, rooms are far better and well appointed this room is very small ... hardly any place to move around... it was -2 degrees and the room felt quite cold, so much so that our nose was almost blocked ... twice i sent my son to the reception and they turned him down ... when i went there on 29th dec around 1030, the manager tells me " you haven't booked a five star hotel and can't get these facilities here " ... only upon insistence did another guy agree to come and set things up was not expecting such rude and uncalled behavior from ibis staff

it would have been all ok..if staff would have been courteous enough to handle tourist issues.they are so rude. basic amenities like Hot kettle.storage cupboard.proper ventilation, & most important Intercom was not available. No locks on bathroom & toilet doors. our experince in whole switzerland was excellent except this 3 nights stay.we were just coming at night for sleeping.because room was so small & suffocating.you will just leave your all fantacy of enjoying vacation with your spouse. as a couple when we go for a vacation.we didnt get those basic amenities.horrible experience.

Hotel is good for solo/couple travellers as it is next to tram station so it is easier to commute. it is near to airport so there will be some time noise as planes takes off or land.. there are not much vegetarian options to eat at hotel for that need to go Indian restaurant (flavours of India) which is ~2km if walk otherwise need to take tram and bus to reach there.. room was little compact but it is is good enough for the price..

The overall stay was decent but being Zurich, it was quite expensive. Also, a common problem with a lot of hotels in Europe is that they block your credit card for reservation and then ask you to pay at site, effectively amounting to double payment. So, wherever possible, be aware of the hotel policy before you confirm the booking. I'm still waiting for a refund/settlement of my blocked funds, three weeks after the end of my stay.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just 2 trams stops away. The breakfast menu is good, it was cost effective compared to other places in Swiss. Entire Swiss is well connected, so you can travel anywhere is Swiss and return the same day. The rooms are very small, even the bathrooms. But, that's what you expect in a budget hotel. For the price, it's worth it. Done

The hotel is great for business travellers. The rooms are compact but space has been managed really well. Everything you need is within an arms distance. Didn't get a chance to try the food so can't comment about the breakfast. They have underground (paid) parking as well. Check in was slower than usual but the service was great. The staff was really friendly.

city tax is over and above tariff shown while booking 10 CHF for 2 persons. Further check for breakfast included or not include in room tariff. If you are planning to have breakfast here make sure you book online. That is even cheaper .

What kind of a budget hotel takes 9Fr. and 20Fr. as deposit for luggage storing? It's not at all good even for a budget hotel. I was checking for a toothpaste and i had to pay 3.5Fr for a 5gm toothpaste. This is ridiculous.

Nice comfortable place close to zurich airport. Rooms are small but sufficient for a couple. They have microwave and water kettle, but no kitchen. Tram station is just opposite to hotel.
