I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Dubai, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel's opulent lobby set the tone for a luxurious stay. The room was spacious, elegantly appointed, and boasted stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The hotel's facilities, including the gym, pool, and spa, were world-class. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing ambiance of the spa, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage. Dining at the JW Marriott Dubai was a treat, with a range of excellent restaurants serving everything from fine dining to casual fare. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a vast selection of international cuisine. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its impeccable service. I have worked with Jw Marriott for a long time and stayed in multiple Jw Marriott properties across the world and I absolutely love this chain of property for its service and warmth. But to my surprise JW MARRIOTT MARQUIS DUBAI was no were close to the standards of Marriott. The Front office staff were absolutely unfit for this hotel industry. They are highly unprofessional, unfit, unpolished, and extremely rude specially ( AVINASH ) claims to be an Assistant Front office manger but he is absolutely unfit for this industry due to his bad behaviour with his guest. I have seen him howling and shouting at guests and he is provocative too. Very Sad. I had many unpleasant experiences with this hotel including HOUSEKEEPING, INROOM DINING, RESTAURANT MANAGER SPECIFICALLY BREAKFAST to name a few. I will never come to JW MARRIOTT AGAIN!!!

A good hotel to stay. Food is very good. rooms are excellent except for our room which faced hot water issue for 2 days and it took some effort to convince them to give another room with similar view. But they did take care of my preference. Pool is amazing with burj khalifa view. Location is a little off at Business bay as there is always traffic at nearby junction. Overall good experience
