The room we got was too dirty. Had blood stains on walls. Chipped off and dirty walls everywhere. Had burnt holes on furniture covers. Broken plug sockets. Dirty washroom. Had a heavy layer of fungus on the washroom's shower curtain. There were many tiny cockroaches in the room, bathroom and on bed. A cockroach came inside the cup noodles left on table for 5 minutes. WiFi wasn't working, even after complaining via email to the hotel. There was no reply from their side (have attached the screenshot of the email too). Very old furniture. Unmaintained room. Since, it was non refundable booking, and we were too tired as well,we had to stay there for two days. Hotel not recommended.

The room we got wasn't clean and tidy. Very old furniture and fixtures. Wall paints were chipping off and the wall had blood stains. Found many tiny cockroaches in the room and in the washroom, one went inside our noodles. Washroom's shower curtain has a black layer of fungus. Plug points were ill fitted, we were scared to plug in our chargers. Over all room condition was very bad. Won't suggest this hotel for stay in Pattaya. Later on I found rooms in other hotels in good conditions in less amount on the same Pattaya beach road, having beach view.

this is a basic hotel has nothing inside, no restaurant. Just big big rooms. have excellent view of Sea and also it is right on Beach road at Soi 1. Beach rides are just walking distance and so is the Soi 6. Direct road to walking street. Rooms are little OLD type with old paint. no interior. Just a big refrigerator and LED and one small table. Have good restaurants near by and sea rides too.No LOCKER in room so it was a pbm.

worst hotel**.its a very bad hotel where only servants can stay..hotel is in approx 20 storey apartment..they have 1 floor..all old furniture bought 2nd hand..bad old floor tiles..we had booked this hotel for 2 days ..but didnt stay after seeing rooms..we felt cheated..****..no carpets on floorings..v bad hotel**mental harassment after travel...we had small baby..we suffered badly..DONT GO HERE...

this was the view from our hotel balcony. deluxe room. the view is as good as amari's or holiday inn's that charge you triple the room tariff. rooms are bigger than average, approx 45sqm. AC is very good and chills fast. locker facility is also available. the hotel is located right on the beach road and is flocked with pubs, bars Nd supermarkets. great place to stay at and value for money..

great property at Soi 1, Pattaya. almost as big as Amari or Holiday Inn. The view from the balcony is amazing. u can see the entire beach road. deluxe rooms are little undermaintained but executives are better. the size of both are equal though. pool is superb and u will find tops supermarket just below the building. overall,. a great experience

It's a nice place to stay in budget class category. Right on beach. All rooms are sea facing. Rooms have big space. Nice swimming pool in sea view with health center. It was good experience with Markland property. Staff's are very friendly, must go there for pleasant stay in Pattaya. Thanks.

the view is as good as Hilton's. the property is little run down but the location is superb. helpful staff and a good pool make ur stay even better. overall a very convenient and comfortable hotel. much recommended. blue for money.
