Perfect place 🌸 and Awesome staff. Perfect Location ♥️ •Miss. Sherry 🌸🌸 superb at her work , very sweet and humble and helped me with the best and beautiful room with a view and I observed her she was gentle with everyone. •Miss. Sandar Moe ✨✨was super perfect at reception and so graceful and helped in easy check in ..and even always at help for anything asked . •Mr. Pinto an expert with places to go around.. very nice person at heart and guided me a lot about the places to visit. •Mr. Alexis he is a always smiling person and so good to talk to .. made me comfortable and was always there to help . Loved the stay location and the facilities of this hotel. Pool area is really nice . Quick room service and really nice gym and spa area at the 7th floor . I stayed with my family in three different rooms of this hotel. Thankfully, I got the best one. It had full length windows, unlike others that lack the view. We opted for breakfast buffet, but it really limits your choices. You eat everything on first day, and then you get to eat the same spread the next day. Every single day. It's ok if you aren't easily bored as me. Their housekeeping services are still in nascent stages. From the person who answers your call, to the guy who appears at your door smiling, all of them give you one reason or the other to believe they are rookies. I can vouch for that since our rooms were without bathroom slippers, or dental kits....

Had a pleasant stay.. location of the hotel is its biggest strength, 1min walk from the metro station & lots of food options, Indian & others nearby. The amenities were basic in the room but suffice the requirements, staff is courteous & helpful, we got a thermometer as soon as I called that my wife isn't feeling well plus a follow up call the next day on her health. Overall a good stay in budget. Highly recommend it.

The staffs were very good & cooperative , they took care of us very nicely, the rooms were very comfortable & relaxing, and especially I liked the breakfast over there, it was veyr tasty & yummy,they have varieties of menu in the breakfast. Really had a good time with my friends.

Hotel is good and breakfast is decent. Room size is small though bathroom are spacious. The location is not great specially the lobby is situation right on the main road so difficult for commuters. Hotel is far most of the attractions including JBR.

Location is good as the hotel is near to Metro Station. Food spread is good for Non vegetarians but very less food spread for vegetarians. Food menu is almost same during my six day stay. Will prefer to stay again because of its location.

The hotel was located in a very convenient place and the staffs were very good & cooperative. It was neat & clean but the bed was not very comfortable, but the room was good.However it was a nice stay and had a good time with my family.

The overall experience has been good. Few recommendations which Novotel has to definitely improve- The TV channels are limited, no Indian & no international channels available. The hotel has not provided Bathroom slippers.

Breakfast buffet is horrible and hardly find any cutlery/glasses available ! Most times the food or juices are not refilled ! Have to escalate to the manager to get the stuff available.
