The hotel property is a good place to stay if you are coming with the family. The staff was courteous, the breakfast at the restaurant was great. if you are a non vegetarian, you would certainly love the bacon. However, the lack of Croissants was a negative factor for me, however, it is a personal taste, and someone can have a different opinion on the selection of bakery. There are 2 pools that function from 8.30 am to 7 pm. The timings are a bit strict, with very less options to order something by the pool side. That is an area where they can improve. However, being a personal opinion I have not deducted any stars for these, because I enjoyed the property overall with no complaints on food quality. Safe environment, good crowd, Courteous staff, Direct Access to the Cavelossim Beach, Tasty Food. One Negative Thing - they seem to be out of those tall Baby Feeder Chairs - they need to get maybe 1 or 2 more of those. There was greenery all around which is a good thing. There are two swimming pools with separate sections for the kids, which is good. Good Play area too for the kids.

Excellent Property.Pros : 1.It has direct access to beach. Beach is clean ,not crowded and 2 shacks were operating quite close to Resort .2. Resort is beautiful and Rooms are big with all the amenities inc Iron and its stand which is usually not available in other resorts.3. Breakfast was Good . 4/5 4. Two swimming pools with Pool side restaurant.5. There is a Supermarket store just in front of Resort where you can buy items of daily need.6.There are few Restaurants nearby (walkable)- Mike's place , Robins Ark.Cons :1. Resort is located in Cavelossim , South Goa . Around 1 hour 15 mins ride from Airport costing you around Rs 2500. If you want to Travel to North Goa from the resort the Taxi gonna cost you around ₹4000 one way. But this is situation of whole Goa .Ola Uber are not allowed and Taxi Stands have Monopoly. Better to rent a Car/Bike.2. Room Service is bit slow.Overall , a Wonderful Resort. Will surely Visit again . Thanks

We had stayed for four days in Novotel and had a very good experience. 1. Excellent housekeeping services - we spent most of the time at the beach or pool, which meant carrying the beach sand along, housekeeping service was attentive to the same and made sure the room was cleaned immediately, the water bottles and towels were replaced in a timely manner. Special mention to Wellesly, Sachin and Vivesh. 2. Good breakfast menu covering South, North, English breakfast varieties 3. Well thought pool design so that all age groups can enjoy the pool. 4. Smiles - kids play area had attendants who organised games and activities for kids and kept them engaged. Would highly recommend a stay here. The cherry on top was spotting Dolphins in the beach in our morning walk

A Resort that is truly world-class in every aspect. Truly a gem. The staff here are extremely hardworking and go all out to accommodate the guest's every request. It was my son's birthday and it was truly special with a complimentary cake also early checkin and late checkout was also granted. A special shout out to front desk staff Meryl and Gita Also Seagull staff Mannu and Swaranjali for going that extra mile. You guys rock! Finally, all good things come to an end with loads of memories of a truly amazing holiday.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay Pros Big swimming pool Courteous and friendly staff Breakfast spread was great Ala carte service is great too Premium wifi was a life saver as i needed high speed for my work meetings so kudos to IT team Big and nice resort to roam around private beach access is 2 mins away Cons Free wifi is not really good Kids area (except for small room)is not AC covered so it gets hot during day time Swimming pool Kids area Garden Restaurant Beach access

I am extremely happy with the stay at novotel dona sylvia, I have enjoyed each and every moment of my stay and specially I have received birthday cake on my birthday from hotel and it was a great surprise for me and it made my day!!!! thanks to all the stuff of the hotel!!!! would love to come and stay there again, already it was my 2nd time.

It's a great property at cavelossim Beach, fabulous breakfast spread by chef Gabar Singh Rana, Exemplary hospitality by Ms Manju and Ms swaranjali. Tastefully decorated rooms, 2 pools to enjoy, separate kids zone to keep kids busy, sohum spa and a cool front desk manager Mukesh. Overall a great stay and worth every penny spent

Select airport dabolim which is nearest to Novotel dona sylvya resort, MOPA AIRPORT is very far around 90 mins from this property and agressive taxi pricing to and fro. Courteous staff, wonderful food,well maintained property. I recommend for families.

Resort is maintained well, breakfast and dinner has large variety of food options with veg and no veg. Private Beach is 200 mtrs from resort. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay for 4 days. Must visit place if you are planning for Goa.
