The first thing you notice after reaching room lobby and in room there is some bad odour all around on all floors. We were highly disappointed and this give headache, we could not sleep and only option the hotel had was to provide room freshener again and again. Food only few options bread, cereals, fruits-watermelon, melon, apple and milk. At the time of check-in we were promised South Indian breakfast like dosa and idli but they never made this in my 4 days stay. The donot offer to make you what you like. Over all we had to eat bread, milk and cereals everyday. Room odour! Pathetic! Also the layout is unusual, the bathroom size is too small.

Had a great stay in Novotel Suites. Especially it is good for Indians as Hotel is having a great Veg option in their breakfast. Also, the location is nice which is very near to Mashreq Metro and Mall of Emirates Bus Stop. Thanks to the Housekeeping and Front Desk team for always ready to provide the best service. Special thanks to Sonu (Housekeeping Supervisor) for being very nice.

Stay was ok.. in terms of room servicing the room cleaning part was not done for 2 days..when we checked in dental kit and room slippers were missing..Note: If you are vegetarian you will have to have the breakfast outside. as they have only 2 varieties in breakfast for veg people.. & in that too the combination is not proper..

The room was really small as per 5-star hotel property. The bathroom was utmost small hence it was really hard to close the door and go inside washroom. It’s not luxurious 5-star hotel. Rest was all fine. One advantage is it’s very close to mall of emirates.

Great experience. Good recommended hotel. Its better than the standard Novotel at Al Barsha. Food is good and so is coffee. Has a good outside space. Easy access to Mall of Emirates Lucky to be there when the weather was good

It was a good experience. Location of the hotel was fine and easy to reach. The staff was good and very cooperative. Services were fine. Rooms were ok to stay. Also, wifi and internet facility was available there.
