Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort

The property is very good but it's located deep inside the island about a kilometer away from the port so had to walk a lot because of this as there is no local transport on the island & even beacuse of it being away from the beach & port there is no view from the property. Rest of the things were very good. The room was very comfy & spacious & was very clean as well. Their services of upto the mark & even their staffs were very well behaved too. The ambiance of the place was just awesome. Though the beach was far away from here as well, the boat took 300-400 meters to the beach. Our stay here in the property was good.

Its almost 1-1.5km from the pier, where the ship drops you,so you have to walk all the way. The water in the bathroom is pathetic,you can't even rinse your mouth. There's no phone in the room. You have to go to the reception area for any problem. And Ac is a big problem. It doesn't cool up at all. You have to leave it for almost an hour or two to bring it to normal temperature.

The hotel was ok. They did not provide few basic things like hand towel and also did not have a phone to ask the reception. The bathroom door was getting stuck and there was no place in the bathroom to keep shower gel or soap. The outside was amazing though. The pool area was fun and the resort was next to the beach. Overall decent experience.

The ambiance of this resort is very good & it's location is very convenient too, The accommodation they provided was very comfortable. Their staffs & their services were very good too, it's just that we had to carry our luggage to our rooms on our own otherwise everything was fantastic.
