I recently stayed at Phi Phi Banyan Villa, opting for a room in the garden wing. While the resort boasts two wings, Bayan and garden, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I found the room to be adequately equipped with basic amenities. However, several issues detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, the room’s location within the resort was inconvenient, tucked away from the main entrance and poorly lit. Additionally, the garden-facing view failed to impress, and the presence of mosquitoes was a notable nuisance. Furthermore, the bathroom suffered from drainage problems, which was disappointing. Facility-wise, the resort offered only one small swimming pool, limiting leisure options. While its proximity to Tonsai pier was convenient for travelers, the nearby beach was marred by the constant traffic of ferries and boats, detracting from its appeal. On the dining front, the breakfast selection left much to be desired for vegetarians, with limited options available. In summary, while Phi Phi Banyan Villa offers a convenient location and basic amenities, the overall experience was marred by subpar room conditions, limited facilities, and underwhelming dining options. For those seeking a more satisfying stay, exploring alternative accommodations might be advisable.

We reached the hotel early but they refused to give us a room since check in time was 2pm. You have to walk since island doesn't have two or four wheelers. If you inform hotel earlier, they send porter to carry your luggage in the cart wheel. Pros very close to pier, restaurant gives beach view, few minutes walk from the market, Indian food restaurants nearby Cons away from party place which is around 25 minutes walk, breakfast has little vegetarian options, swimming pool is very small, **** is costly on the island as compared to Krabi or Phuket We had booked for 1 night and we hardly stayed in the hotel as we wanted to explore the island and nearby islands as well. But the room was spacious it could easily accommodate 4 or 5 persons at one time.

My stay here was not as per my expectations. The WiFi didn’t work in my room and after complaining several times, the staff did not and could not rectify the same. The bath towels were stained and the wash basin drainage was choked. Even after complaining about the above many times, the staff did not take any necessary action and were lethargic. Of their Wi-Fi wasn’t working, then the same needs to be informed to the guest prior to check in so we can do some different arrangements.

One of the best hotels in phi phi , fantastic hospitality, clean vicinity , good house keeping and very near to tonsai pier (3mim walk). they have gym and sauna facilities also extremly quite place as parties happen near log dalum beach. breakfast is ok . overall , best for the price Note : There are many other budget hotels in phi phi, but we booked banyan and it was worth for the price we booked for

Hi Traveller, We stayed at the Phi Phi Banyan Villa for two days, and the villa is good. however the hotel does not provide the room service. They do provide the breakfast but for that you have to go out to the restaurant out side of the villa. for lunch and dinner there is no room service. Other wise the villa was good to stay.

Located at 3 min walk from pier. Nice quite location with good amenities and pool. Room was spacious, but air con was not upto the mark. They have loker and you can use only one towel per day, I didn't like the restrictions. They have lovely bonsai's all around the property 🏝 All in all , no regrets. Good place to stay👍

Best part about the hotel is it location, it is right next to Tonsai Pier and in close vicinity to market, Bars and beach ( anything and everything you need ) Staff is very courteous and cooperative. Overall a very comfortable stay and highly recommend

We stayed there for 1 night in Garden view room. Hotel is very nice and near to the beach..Not that luxurious but had a very comfortable stay. The staff is very nice. If you want to stay near to the pier (200-300 mtr)and please go ahead and book this.

this hotel is awesome place to visit, which is near to pier, and the staff is so much humble..... i would definitely visit again and stay in banyan villa. we visited as couple and we loved it , my room no. ws 102 which is garden wing of property.

hotel is located at prime location just 10 min walk from the Pier, staff at the reception is not very welcoming also not rude, they are just OK ,hotel pool is a bit small plus dirty mostly because it's surrounded by many plants and treas nice.

Hotel was good neat and clean ... and at best location ..... but bed mattress n pillow.... were not comfortable , less veg options in brkfst . But overall it was a good stay ....if compares with other hotels ... on island at same price ...

Location is very close (walkable) to the ferry terminal which is a great advantage as PhiPhi island is an island without any motor vehicles. The rooms and washrooms are well maintained and worth the price. Overall a pleasant stay.
