Pathetic experience, rude staff, no room service, try stealing from you. Extended my stay through Goibibo and when i was checking out they charged extra for not changing the room when we didnt know that we have to. They didnt even know we have booked through Goibibo. Charged extra for some bag which wasnt there in the room. Laugh at you if you complain about anything. The owner really should look into this because money invested is not of his staff and this behaviour of the staff will not let him earn rewards

The resort is located very near to Loh Dalum Bay and walking from the beach and most happening areas of Koh phi phi.
the service was good and we didn't face any issues there while check in or check out.
