The hotel was ok. They did not provide few basic things like hand towel and also did not have a phone to ask the reception. The bathroom door was getting stuck and there was no place in the bathroom to keep shower gel or soap.
The outside was amazing though. The pool area was fun and the resort was next to the beach. Overall decent experience.

The property is very good but it's located deep inside the island about a kilometer away from the port so had to walk a lot because of this as there is no local transport on the island & even beacuse of it being away from the beach & port there is no view from the property. Rest of the things were very good. The room was very comfy & spacious & was very clean as well. Their services of upto the mark & even their staffs were very well behaved too. The services and facilities were absolutely outstanding and as per our expectations. Food service available and which was good also. Overall we had a pleasant stay in this property.

We stayed here for one night but this reort is awesome ,there rooms are fabously done bery big size and beds are very comfortable
No negatives what so ever
The price point makes it even more attractive option
Just go for it if in Phi phi island

The ambiance of this resort is very good & it's location is very convenient too, The accommodation they provided was very comfortable. Their staffs & their services were very good too, it's just that we had to carry our luggage to our rooms on our own otherwise everything was fantastic.

Its almost 1-1.5km from the pier, where the ship drops you,so you have to walk all the way.
The water in the bathroom is pathetic,you can't even rinse your mouth.
There's no phone in the room. You have to go to the reception area for any problem.
And Ac is a big problem. It doesn't cool up at all. You have to leave it for almost an hour or two to bring it to normal temperature.

Phi phi don island is a peaceful place. This resort was on beach, breakfast was good but unfortunately had just 2-3 vegitarian options. Charges of day trips from island were same wheather one book from agent or hotel.
