best location at Jordan mtr station is at underground of property airport bus A 21 also can pick opposite side so overall very nice

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was prime. There was dining facility but it was expensive and not much variety was there. No complimentary services were given.

It was a perfect stay, room was spacious as compare to other hotels in Hongkong, highly satisfied with the facility and services of the hotel. Did not tried tier food and location was nice and calm.

Great hotel with awesome facility and service. I used to stay in this hotel and I loved their hospitality. They had their own dining facility but didn't opt for food as I am a vegetarian.
