Central location well connected a descent property .Rooms are well maintained .staff is always eager to help and cooperative .i was given a free upgrade of room with a bay view on request .
I travelled with my daughter she felt quite at home like feeling for her she even prepared her own ready to eat meal .coffee tea and even water refills were provided with warm feelings on request .

Smooth connectivity ti the hotel just take airport express metro from right inside the airport get down at last station hong kong central and again at 10 meters take a free shuttle bus to the hotel gate .Nice central location .my daughter tried some cooking with her ready to eat breakfast she carried with her from India .

The property is located in the prime location from where most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. Free wifi/internet facility was an added advantage for me as I could stay connected across the globe.

Stay was good. Location was perfect. They allow early check-in's if rooms are available. Only drawback was that they do not allow to sit in lounge area after check-out, that sitting is chargeable.

Crooks and liars.
I had an extremely bad experience with them. I ordered in-room dining for which I paid in cash to the person who delivered the food. However during checkout they claimed to not have received the amount and made me pay the bill again and threatened to call the police when I resisted. I even showed them the exact change the delivery boy gave us back which my wife had put in her pouch, but the manager on duty didn't consider our statement rather she bought her staff's (the deliver ...more
