This property is managed by Srilankan team ...Though I had my confirmed reservation for Water Bungalow the reservation and front desk tried to put me in standard room citing some system error with reservations but the fact is that they had my reservation on system but wanted to switch to other guest from china ....never ever book this property .. though later with all fight with hotel management ... got my reservation 2 hours later .. The manager at reception have no training how to treat a guest probably all this people were trying to fool me . Interms of service it’s -5 .. this locality is just has some rooms and water bungalows nothing special .. no gym , only couple of restaurants and a bar .. pathetic service except a restaurant where food quality is good(only place I was happy).. no complete toiletries , no room sleepers and old water bungalows . In a line I can say there are lot of other properties nearby with better service so go have your time in other properties. This property team has already screwed my holiday made me sad.

Apart from the uncertain wait for boat on arrival, this place is perfect 10/10 for everything. Nature, infrastructure, food, hospitality etc. Snorkeling on the beach shark point is better than any other place. Few steps into the lagoon of the beach and you see hundreds of fishes and even sharks. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. Non stop food and alcoholic beverages in the package means you are spoilt for life. You will forever compare any other beach vacation with this perfect paradise.

I booked this costly room at Adaaran on our first Anniversary and to my worst experience, there was no cleanliness. I slipped from the room villa stairs due to algae on stairs into the ocean. they took 3 extra hours to clean the room but toilet and sink was blocked. I have fractured my back.

Simply awesome. Unforgettable. Staffs are very nice and polite. Even though we didn't have proof of honeymoon or anniversary still they arranged both on two nights. Great experience The ambiance, the surroundings and everything else
