Great property with a good view. It was a very relaxing stay. Friendly staff. How to reach ? You have to get down at Tonsai Pier from ferry (350 Baht) or Speed Boat. As soon as you get down, pay 20 Baht for entry fee and search for Phi Phi Island Village team at the pier. DO NOT take any other long tail boat as they charge very high prices. Hotel long tail boat charge 200 Baht per person and takes another 25 - 30 Mins to reach the property. TIP: Lookout for small shops behind the Lawn Tennis court for lunch and buy drinks.

Hotel was very big and beautiful. the mobile app for calling room servicr and buggy was good. you need to reach hotel by long tail boat, during our visit the deboarding from long tail boat at hotel took too much time and after the complaint the hotel made the boat transfer free for us. food was good, try rice in pineapple. enjoy live music and photography. try to spend time at resort. welcome coconut shake was too good. caring staff for babies.

It was a comfortable and nice stay. there was a problem witrh WiFi connectivity and house keeping can be better. Otherwise food was real;ly we liked the Chicken burger they served us. Locatrion of the hotel was bit far from the city center but they do have the bus facility which help you to go to city you ahve to just book a slot. THey have pool and it was clean and maintained, rooms were very well designed and interior was really good.

Very transparent, systematic, Hassel free services to enjoy the best natural location & high class amenities. No crowding. Excellent peaceful environment. Great food. Happy hours 5-6pm. at API Restaurant and 6-7 pm. Beach house. Transfer to and fro from pier is chargeable & expensive, which can be taken care by the resort complimentary.

The property is beautiful and unique in itself. It is on the opposite end of phi phi island and you will need to take a boat from the pier to reach it. But the 20 minute boat ride is full of blues. The propety takes you to a different world altogether and you feel a part of the nature.

Only one word for this place ‘fantastic’. We had a time of our life staying in this dreamy resort. Staff are courteous and ready to help. Specially the Restaurant Manager was kind enough to serve us the complementary breakfast made on our request.

It was really good stay, location was good but only problem was that it was far from city and to reach on the island you have to realy on the boat. Otherwise it was good experience. Food was good, staff was nice.

Best Property in Phi Phi....You have to take a Long Tail Boat from Tonsai Bay to reach the resort. Very Good Hospitality and Rooms are also good. We spent most of the time at the Fun Pool. Rooms
