I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for the exceptional hospitality we received during our stay. A special note of gratitude to Mr. Ajay Sharma for his kindness and professionalism throughout our visit. He was very kind to check on us when my kid fell sick and supported us with every thing he can. I am very grateful to him, and also Mr. Javed. I am particularly thankful to the doctor at the hotel clinic, who was extremely helpful when my 5-month-old child fell ill. The care and attention provided in such a stressful time were nothing short of remarkable, and we truly felt supported. The warmth, generosity, and dedication of the entire staff made our stay much more comfortable despite the circumstances.
