few positive along with some negative points 1) good for family. 2) Green atmosphere 3) good breakfast buffet 4) pool is good 5) no noise pollution and silent environment. 6) splash is good for kids now some negative point. 1) get very dark after 7pm, as this resort is very big there is no street lights along with pathways just few small bulbs, as we checked in around 7:30 pm and my wife was scared very much of this place. they should have flood lights etc. 2) language problem with food manager, I ordered pizza with some toppings instead of providing topping over the pizza they provided in seperated bowl. 3) need more sign/direction board. 4) rooms need a massive renovation. rooms gives you feel likes 1990

splash resort was good but few bad points. the jacuuzi in the room was smelling badly even after complaining the technician only removed the filled water.. it was a waste in a the bathroom .. we ordered for packed breakfast as we had to leave early special instructions were given in written no meat no egg still they served boiled egg n non veg in bread butter. our child got hurt in the water park area no needed first-aid help but no one knew exactly about the doc n my child was left unattended.

The stay at the hotel was nice but the staff was very dull in solving the problem which I faced.There was dirty water coming from the tap in bathroom also in the bathtub.They took very long time to fixed the problem,my whole day was wasted in that.The other things like the location was very nice.Also there was a water park in the resort.The food and dinning services were available at the hotel.
