It was amazing experience staying there and facilities were excellent and staff was very helpful and courteous . My experience staying at this category hotel was little surprising as there was not a single security check for guests and luggage was there ..during all 3 days..we expect once we stay at this kind of world class hotels ..we were lucky enough that we checked out and moved out of Srilanka just before day when many blasts took place ..We appreciate that if hotel take care of these things in future. Location and over all experience was just unforgettable ..

Excellent service. Excellent food. Sea facing Rooms are wonderful and very spacious. A lot of construction happening around Taj Samudra, Colombo and new buildings coming up thus diluting the aura and beauty at the poolside. Exclusive Indian restaurant serves good food with live traditional instrumental music. Although adjacent to the sea side, but there is no sandy beach. Across the road, you can stroll through a park close to the sea where roadside srilankan foodstalls are available. Casino is 3 km away and hotel provides free taxi service to the casino.

It was great experience staying at Taj Samudra, Colombo. I was there for 2 nights and was really happy with the services provided by support staff. Hotel is located at a very nice place facing the ocean. Not very far from International Airport. You can reach within 45 minutes via Express Highway. I would appreciate all the effort made by hotel staff to make my stay comfortable. Thanks a lot Taj team. Will definitely see you again!
