Room was good and spacious. We reached at 12 so we had to wait till 2 as all rooms were occupied and after that they had to do cleaning and decoration as i booked honeymoon room. Pool was great. Our room was on first floor, so no view from balcony. 5 mins walk from beach and located centrally. So many indian restraunts nearby with vegetarian options Cleaning is done everyday whether you ask for it or not, so you should always keep your belongins locked or in safe. We used to come in room only for sleeping and bathing so can't say about any other facility. Overall our stay was good.

Average service. pretty rude behaviour of the hotel staff. They will not give you coffee before 8 even if you are to leave at 8. They refuse to give even a single extra sachet of sugar. They do not give your complimentary water on the day of checkout, although check out is at 11 am. The good thing about the hotel is it's location, budget and a decent enough pool. We were alloted room at ground floor stating that everywhere else is full. The ground floor rooms have transparent glass walls, meaning you had to rely only on the curtains to keep your privacy. That was awkward.

I like the cleanliness & amenities of this hotel. Room was so big with balcony. staff is welcoming. Overall I had very good experience. Negative : My stay was good but they can improve quality of WiFi which was not accessible in our room C107. Phone inside the room was not working. Staff is very good but lack of knowledge about the place :) but I will come back for stay definitely. Big Room, swimming pool, location.

over all good experience. restaurant provides thai food. no Indian food. near by Aao nang beach. many Indian restaurant near by. carry ur water bottle to restaurant... restaurant won't provide water. they will sell one water bottle of 7 bath in 30 bath. mean 62 rs 500 ml water. hotel pool is good. staff is good. room spacious, majorly all facility available in room.

Had a good and comfortable stay. Liked this resort. Except that there is strictly no advance check in. Not even an hour early. We wanted to just freshen up and go on a tour. We had to use the common washroom and then we went out and checked in only at 9pm. Wish they were a little flexible with that rule. Other than that everything was just perfect.

had a wonderful stay in Timber house resort with my husband, it was our honeymoon and the room we had was spacious and clean. we had a buffet breakfast which fitted us perfectly, varieties to choose from.. will definitely recommend for families.. wonderful experience

the property is near to the market and best place to stay. the boats are also available just outside the hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. the only problem is the service which very slow. but still best place to stay.

Nice hotel, no choice of Indian food in the resort restaurant but a very good Indian restaurant called Namaste just outside. great Indian food. clean hotel room nice swimming pool and walking distance to Ao Nang Beach and night market.
