Pathetic experience. I booked delux room, whereas I provided standard one. On complaint, person at reception rudly replied that he has only this one take it or not. As order was prepaid and we arrived about 9.00 pm, left with no choice had to stay here. In the bathroom, no hot water. On complaining, same person at reception again in the same tune replied that no hot water could be provided in this (summer) season. We begged that we need to leave early in the morning at 7.00 am, please provide at least a bucket of hot water for bathing, but same rude reply that he cannot do this because boys will be sleeping until then. Approach road to the hotel is in very bad condition. Your vehicle won't be reaching here. They call it a three star hotel, I feel a roadside hotel might have better facilities. Mind my words, avoid this and book some other one, you will be happy.

I choose to stay here recently for short duration in transite and I had slightly low expectations, however it turned out to be good stay overall. They have all essential things, rooms and bathrooms were clean. I wish bedsheet and blanket provided would have been cleaner. Good part is it is just 3 min away from railway station. Staff was good and helpful. Overall good place to stay.

The location of the hotel is very bad. There is no proper road in front of the hotel. You cannot even take a vehicle in front of the hotel. You will have to walk on the sides of the road to reach the hotel. So, if you have luggage with you, it's going to be a problem. Also, the rooms of the hotel are very small.

very pathetic staff at reception, very unhygienic bathroom, food quality is like road side vender very very very poor. they do not provide fresh towel. the hotel is located in a cheap lane very always water logging and muddy conditions are there. never choose this hotel

very nic hotel and nice service and very nice staff, Harsh dhaba food is awesome provided by hotel from my request. all-over my experience for hotel is 5star. thanku so much all hotels team and managing staff, reception bhayia ur so polite thanku thanku so much again 🙏

Worst hotel.. flaws as below 1. Cockroaches roaming in the room, no hygiene 2. The wash basin is leaking in the room 3. No room service to pick and drop luggage. 4. Arrogant behaviour from staff. Forcefully giving 1 star as it's a compulsory lowest option to give.

I didn't like it at all. Food is fine but the location is really bad. They don't have proper parking. Location is poor too. First floor k room ki haalat bahot khrab hai or second floor pe twin sharing bed hai or third floor mai pani nahi aata. It was pathetic
