Booked 2 suite rooms for the night of 11th January 2025 and paid Reached the hotel at 3 am in the night, it was very cold foggy night and I was almost freezing. Much to my dismay, they did not have a heater in the room. They offered one extra blanket which was funny, even that blanket did not arrive before 4 am. Horrible experience.

Not worth the price. 4 star hotel can be booked at same price with better amenities and service. Rooms are small and poorely furnished. They only provide single slipper dosent matter how much person are you staying per room. Same food is served on all days (as per my experience).

expensive pricing based on services, even water bottles are chargeable. breakfast was average (not much options for what i paid).
