A BIG NO! I wish I could have given a negative rating, but such an option was not listed. The problems started from the moment check-in was done. The property was informed well in advance about the check-in timings. Despite it, when I checked into my allocated room, it was a complete mess. The bathroom was not at all clean and was dirty. No towels were there in the room. And when the same was raised with the hotel management, they turned it down. Even the linen and the room were not up to the mark. The adversaries did not stop here. Regardless of booking the room with a breakfast, it was not provided by the property despite repeated requests. Somehow, I tried to cope with the challenging stay, but as the situation got worse, I checked out a day before my scheduled check-out. All the negative comments by the travellers are true, as I myself encountered all of which have been mentioned by different travellers. It is a matter of consideration that when the property is not in a position to provide even the basics amenities out of what all have been listed, then what is the purpose of listing them up on the booking platform? So, if you are daring to book this property, then book it at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, but there is room for improvement in the quality of the rooms. Initially, we encountered issues such as an unclean towel and a broken toilet, but the staff promptly resolved it by offering us a different room. Additionally, the absence of a visible signboard makes the hotel challenging to locate. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was good and offered great value for money.

the room was ok ,.. stayed for 2 nights.. but the TV was not working and the reception guy doesn't even bother why it's not working . while you are charging for ammenities the things must be operational. for billing in the morning checkout they don't even know what all dues and took 30 min to find out the dues . overall it's a not so good experience.

this is the first time feeling disgusted by seeing the bedsheet, pillow cover and towels. it is too dirty and the staff boys know about this and don't care also. the only reason i stayed there is because it had easy access it babu banarasi das badminton stadium. later i realised there were much better hotels nearby.

very dirty, no cleaning of the room & bathroom. Water supply delayed. TV was not available, after 2-3 calls it was resolved. Away from the station. Rooms are very small for deluxe category

No proper cleaning, all the rooms had dirty bed sheets and quilts, even the towel had lipstick marks, i would not recommend this for family, more like a couple friendly hotel

Nice room and good services. Only blanket and linen looks dirty. And staff has changed immediately after rising the concern. Hotel staff is very polite and supportive.
