I went late at 2:30 PM to check-in where I came to know that the staff is not aware about the booking. After having a word with customer service they were able to see the booking and when I said to do check-in formalities got to know that the rooms were full. They made us wait till 03:00 PM and when we said that why such a delay they said that it is not our problem it's your problem. This kind of service is not at all good. Please look into this and avoid such behaviour.

The hotel is at a very nice place and it's location is very easy to get. The rooms and the other amenities are nice and good. Best place for comfort and relaxation.

We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

We went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

Overall happy with stay. Rooms were much smaller than i thought. Very dirty neighborhood. Room was clean. Shower great. Breakfast was good.
