This hotel check-in was terrible experience, starting from contacting the hotel reception management to hotel amenities is totally clueless..No one in reception, no one picking phone...When I entered the provided room -all bed,bath was so dirty not cleaned for long time...fully greasy and was smelling bad..Main worry I am not able to sleep because of fan speed and also fill of mosquitoes...hmm..since I checkedin late night I don't have other option to change to another hotel, but as soon as in morning I checked out the hotel

this hotel is okish .. but dirty with spider webs and toilet bucket and mugs has strange mud like secretions and check beds if it has many holes or take other room. go here if you have no other option... better shell out xtra cash for better hotels if you are in person able to inspect the hotel rooms do it and then decide to take lodge.

The room had no AC, no ventilatiin, soiled linen and not swept at all. The toilet was horrible. Nobody was at reception, in fact none anywhere. When I called a mobile no. left there I was asked to take key for room 101 from the jey cabinet. I left after an hour just leaving the key there, since there was nobody even then !!

Sir, I reached Abirami Lodge around 7 p.m. I am heavily shocked to see the lodge is kept locked. I tried the two mobile numbers given. One number is not attended. Other number is not reachable. Around 7.30 p.m. myself And my wife got accommodated another lodge. Could you please guide me what should I do?

This is not a place for travellers who look for certain amount of higene and cleanliness. Won't recommend.

I need refund I haven't checked in because of horrible hotel atmosphere
