Liked:Well maintained with clean floors, clean bathroom, clean sheets and towels. 24 hours hot water (electric geyser). Room spacious, value for money. They have a treated water dispenser for hot and cold water that provided 24 hours drinking water. Logging into their wifi network was super easy - they have pasted a QR code in each room - just scan, click and you are connected. The room had a balcony (Room#201) with very nice views. Front desk lady was very efficient, answered our questions and helped with a quick check-in, check-out. Very cordial.Disliked:Very steep climb using steps to access the property via a church. On two days some function was going on and it was difficult to get thro the crowds, Alternate route was nearly a km extra distance with a climb as well. Property is part of a church - some program was going on every day and the noise reached the room. Further during the nights (till about 11pm) they had some kind of bonfire below our room with loud music affecting our sleep after a tiring day. Not enough charging points. No light controls near the bed headboard. No side tables.

Very Nice and budget friendly, it does not have room service, overall a good hotel. Clean toilets, 24/7 hot water, calm and quiet place. Though it is lin the city, it is located on a hill top, we need to walk to it but it is OK. Older people might find it difficult. Common toilets available for groups. Please note that when you check in, you should look at all the necessary things required for you like, soaps, oil glasses, and especially hot water kettle in the room.You also get parking. The family stay is very well safe and sound at this hotel, so no issues.

We ate mostly at Hotel Saravana Bhavan which I recommend and it was like 5 mins walkVery Clean. 24 hours hot water supplyBeautiful hotel run by kind peopleCons:1. No lift and we had to walk 2 floors up and down to get to room from entrance2. No toiletries were provided3. Breakfast place was shut during our visitVerdict:I will definitely stay here again as the cons didn't really bother me. I value cleanliness and safety and this place passes the criteria with flying colors.

The rooms were ok not upto the mark as shown in pics. Even there was no hot water and when we asked for Toiletries the receptionist denied. Not recommended for family. Not as expected and not upto the mark as demand and shown in pics
