Stayed one night as a small group of two families (4 adults n 1 baby) on 02-Jan-15. The 2 BHK apt was very spacious and comfortable and can even accomodate upto 6 r 7 adults. Clealiness was good but not great. Food was home style and good. Play area and landscaping are very limitied but again there is something. Staff were all courteous, friendly and very helpful. They have rabbits which might be kool for animal lovers. You can play with it and carry it etc Location is little remote but wont be a problem if you have your own transport. Might be a pain if you need public transport. Pricing is fair when you have 6 adults using full capacity of the house. But for a single family or couple, they dont seem to have any discount and might turn out to be expensive.

Its a well maintained cottage,staffs were cooperative, place and the location was really good... Its new building now but when time goes on it ll show how they are maintaining it... But food is not that great... Need really work on the food they deliver o have ordered a veg noodles and veg fried rice... Noodles was pathetic... About veg fried I requested for a spicy one.... And they green chillies to the rice which is very similar to beans and made the food extremely spicy... I end up in having burning sensation... Otherwise cottage is good goibibo offered a complimentary breakfast but wen i checked in that cottage guys are not aware of it and then later they agreed for complimentary bf..

The only highlight of this place is the spacious rooms. Otherwise, the approach road is not good. Parking space is limited. No coffee/tea served in the buffet breakfast. No towels. No intercom. Hard pillows. Not worth the tariff charged. We had disturbed stay due to noise all around. The corridor and kitchen noise were always there. Added to these we lost sleep the second night because a group of inebriated people at the campfire (right behind our room windows) were chatting loudly till 1:30 am :( We expect the management to be sensitive to all the guests' requirements and close activities in the common areas by 11pm. After all we go to such resorts for relaxation.

We stayed with a family of 6 paxs in Friends Park. Weather is excellent: gentle breeze with mild chillness all over. Rooms are very spacious. Even the double occupancy rooms in Five Star Hotels are NOT as big as the rooms in Friends Park. Huge two double occupancy rooms with a big living and dining area. Food is really awesome and mouth watering especially Mutton Briyani. We get a feel as if we were at home. Booked for a stay in Friends Park to celebrate New Years' Eve 2015 !

Overall a good hotel to stay. Pros: 1. Cleanliness. 2. 2BHK Flat experience in a Hotel 3. Small but cozy green outside atmosphere 4. Though extra cost but a decent breakfast Buffet 5. comparatively friendly staff. Cons: 1. Overpriced**in June off-season time (though a weekend) 2. No major ammenities like AC, play area, pool etc. at that cost. 3. Very narrow Road connecting to the hotel. (i got my Tyre flat while going.

It was a good experience with this hotel....check-in was the only problem...as they didn't got the confirmation mail through goibibo..although that was sorted out later...from hotel side no problems ... The rooms are big and airy..very good accommodation they provided..staff is very good, Good behavior,well mannered and services of the hotel is also fine...all in together it was a very good experience..

Had great time. Limited staff at the resort. On request they provided us huge speaker which we used the whole night enjoying ourselves. It was kinda house party. Very friendly staff. We also played games the next day. Only draw back is food we had to get it from outside as limited menu at the resort. Overall good experience. We loved the time at resort and our privacy.

We booked a 2 bedroom family cottage. Quite spacious, but feels like an ordinary home. charges are a bit on higher side. Mosquitoes will cause a nuisance if you keep door/window open. Good atmosphere overall. Could be a bit cleaner. food was nice. Overall a decent experience.

Hotel is ideal for both family and bachelors...only thing is we've to get interior to reach the place. Location of the hotel is awesome and the backdrop is serene! (thoroughly enjoyed the weather). room service could've been better. on the whole, a good recommend .

The location is good and the staff service is good but the hotel is horrible. it is very spacious but has literally no maintenance dirty bathrooms no taps are working properly painting has not done. every where looking so dirty. full of fungus and fungal small.

It was a very good experience, everything went well in this hotel. Hotel services are quite good and the rooms too were good. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient. Overall the stay was very pleasant. Will rate 4.5 on 5 .

The place is small but very neat. It is perfect for a family or friends outing. Spacious cottages with 2 bed rooms, living room, etc. However food is not that great.
