There was nothing good about this hotel that I can mention. I am listing the problems that I faced. 1) The hotel phone number was not working, so there was no way one could reach out to them. 2) I booked a 3-seater room in this hotel for my parents. When they reached the location at night, the hotel guy misled them and said that all the rooms are booked. He then took Rs 500 and provided a small room(for 2 people) to stay. 3) The rooms were not up to the expectation and the bathroom was dirty. 4) The very next day upon asking the hotel and talking to Goibibo on this issue, the hotel staff shifted my parents to a different room which was still not clean. The bathroom was literally dirty as the previous one. The hotel person returned the Rs 500 they took last night. 5) They did not provide extra bed even though we had booked room for three people. We had to manage on a double bed only. 6) Upon checking out, there was again confusion. I told them that I have already paid for the booking and they were like No, it has to be paid and they did not get any such mail from Goibibo. 7) Regular power cuts in this hotel with no power backups and mosquitos. 8) There was water problem. 9) Bed sheet was dirty(see in the photo attached) I dont know about any hotel in Mathura but I am 100% sure you can find a better hotel at the same price point even if you just roam outside of the railway station in Mathura. My suggestion, don't go in this hotel.

they r very rude n moreover they didn't allow us to stay in there hotel. after a hour discussion they give us a unclean room which was stinking badly n moreover breakfast is complimentary which they denied n said that they didn't have any updation regarding this. hope u will black list this hotel is they don't know how to deal n treat the customer..

worst experience ever. I had to wait for 1 hour 30 min to check in. room was very small and dirty. TV and AC were not working properly. they cut the power in the morning at 6:00am so that even fan was off. they were not responding on phone. I will never come again this guest house.

The facilities and the services were standard. The room and the washroom was clean. The washroom had proper toiletries. The amenities were working absolutely fine. The location of the property is in the heart of the city.
