It is just okay ! Not so great. The rooms are very small and congested. The location is not great and trust me there is no lake around. The only good thing about this hotel is that is near to the Sher-I-Kashmir Hospital. The only thing is liked about the rooms was the bathroom which was very clean and nice. The geyser and AC/Heater wont work half the time because every time the electricity goes out, the generator kicks in which does not power up Neither the AC nor the geyser. But then again since there are no other hotels around this becomes the only options for people who needs to go to the hospital daily.

Just okay. Only good thing is that the location is near SKIMS Hospital. So it is accessible. There is no lake around whatsoever. The rooms are very small but clean. The WC is the only good thing about the room. Half the time they dont have electricity and the generator will not support the heater or the geyser, so you wont get any hot water from the geyser. In all it is just average,

truly a 3 star. not like delhi & jaipur hotels 3 star which show themselves 3 star but inside not look like not even 1 star. the hotel is near skims hospital. the room is the same as shown.

Host is good. He guided me in planning my trip further. They had AC heater, good Wifi speed, reasonable rate for breakfast And clean toilet. I think i got a good deal in this price

Last night during our stay this hotel caught fire, and we lost everything our luggage, mobile phone, cash, laptop. By god's grace we were safe. worst ever experience in my life.

Location of the hotel is very far from city. Bathroom is too small and shower not working properly. Otherwise the service was excellent and the hotel was well decorated

Overall stay in hotel was good. Frequent power cut due to which AC and water heater supply was interrupted many times caused some inconvenience
