Mr Adnan is one of the nicest persons I have met during my travels. He has helped us in planning our Kashmir trip smoothly. Wish we could have spent more time at his beautiful houseboat. Even the staff were very nice. He made our dinner special using some candle lights which we did not even as for. Food was just like home cooked as we like it. I felt like I was visiting a friend's home after a long time. Will definitely return to stay at his place. Please keep it up Adnan bhaijaan!

This is an amazing property . Anyone who choose this houseboat will surely love hospitality and facilities . A separate coffee table just in front of nigeen lake made my day . You will also love .Host of this property Mr Adnan bhai is very friendly and co operative . We love the arrangements privacy food and many more things which cant described in a single word . You will experience it when you stay with them .

Experience with this was very good. Owner was really good, they helped me a lot and the authentication was good, The stay was good and will recommend this hotel for other people too. He even extended me for a day on urgent basis and that too with a very low price. All in all it was a good experience.

Awesome experience. The hospitality shown by Mr. Adnan (owner) was beyond expectations. If you want to stay in a houseboat then dont compare it with hotels. Its a different experience which you should have once in life. Better to go in groups so that you can have houseboat on your own.

We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2016. It was an amazing experience! Amazing view of the mountains and the calm n beautiful Nigeen Lake from the houseboat! Amazing hospitality by Adnan bhai and Bilal bhai and Kamran bhai!

We stayed for 1 night , house boat is neat and clean , view from boat is also ausum, wifi available, excellent service, only improvement area is food. But still would recommend to stay.
