I wish i could give more than 5 stars to this hotel and its staff. We had best experience, support and hospitality ever in this hotel in Ooty. The staffs are very polite and helping natured. We stayed here with family during peak season in June, when all other hotels were demanding additional amount for stay due to high demand but Alkapuri Hotel sticked with their ethics and served their best. I should thank Mr. Beema sir, Mr. Suresh sir and Prem sir for their excellent service and coordination.. also thanks vehicle management staff (i don't remember his name). I strongly recommend this hotel for stay for families/couples in Ooty😊

Rooms are clean. Washrooms clean. Very helpful staff. Arranged for Local sightseeing bus, booked return tickets. Tea was made available very early at 6 am. Hot water available. Hot drinking water available as machines are installed on each floor. If you are going in winter please carry extra warm clothes as hotel doesn't have room heaters.

Room was amazing and clean, staffs were well behaved and supportive, hot water was an issue but room was changed on priority. Room service was excellent, hotel has cab facility and rate was reasonable for sight seeing. its location is most important factor which is in central city. Room service and behavioir of staffs

well appointed room ! clean rooms ! good service ! only drawback is the hot water availability is restricted to morning 6 to 10 ! In place like Ooty we require round the clock hot water ! but for this overall good !

Hotel is not far from attractions like Rose Garden, Botanical garden etc., It has clean rooms and the ambience is good. Restaurant provides good food and its a suitable hotel for the mid-range travellers.
