We have very Horrible experience with this Hotel 1 Hotel Room is very dirty difficult to stay Bed cover pillow blanket also very dirty and not washed and difficult to use. 2 No light in Birth room no water in birth room several time asked for water and then they provide a bucket of water manually and after a long 5 6 hour waiting water comes in bathroom but they unable to maintenance light in bathroom. 3 Tv is not working in condition 4 No drinking water availability..

I am not happy sector 10 mein adress Diya hai vahan per na to attach late baat hai deluxe room mein aur Na Kisi Tarah ki koi vyavastha Nahin hai suvidha Nahin hai aapke rahe mis management hai ine logon ne mujhe FIR Ankur hotel mein Tera Jo inka hi hai usne mein itni badhiya vyavastha Nahin hai yahan per bhi TV nahin hai aur koi kamre ki badhiya vyavastha Nahin haihan main is pyar ko Na Pasand karta hun business traveller

very baad condition to customer communication.i Will reach to this palace. hotlizer is saying not available well ready rooms so you will go to ankur hotel then I will reached ankur hotel he is saying not booking then return call hotlizer person he saying go to new ankur hotel.I Will three time different different hotel.visit three palace taxi charge is 150/- then last give to room in new ankur hotel...*

Horrible experience. they changed the location from booking location to some ** hotel near Manu marg. there hospitality was poor. need to coordinate between old and new location provided by "Alam Chand Bhagwanti Devi Bhawan". not recommended any one go to "Alam Chand Bhagwanti Devi Bhawan"

They changed hotel location. They shifted to Ankur hotel. No hot water to take bath in bathroom. My parents age 70+ still they provided 2nd floor. So over all horibal experience.
